RecordCMD is a command line sound / voice recorder made for Windows. It operates inside Command Prompt (CMD) and it uses CLI (Command Line Interface) instead of a GUI. It is made using C and Windows API, making it highly compatible and memory efficent. Both x32 bit and x64 bit versions are available. This application requires Windows 7 or a newer version.
